SHIPPING POLICY
Tyler Surfboards ships domestically as well as internationally, using highly reputable freight logistics companies. We will arrange shipping, but payment remains the responsibility of the customer. Tyler Surfboards charges $60/board for packing materials.
For all soft good purchases, we can also ship domestically and internationally via USPS Priority Mail.
RETURN POLICY
Tyler merchandise can be exchanged or returned with an original receipt to the original form of payment. There are no returns on custom board orders.
PAYMENT METHOD
Tyler Surfboards excepts all major credit cards. For our international customers, we offer direct deposit bank transfer for custom board orders only.
